Justin Park is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ratel Semiconductor, bringing over 25 years of experience in the analog integrated circuit (IC) industry. Recognizing the immense growth potential of Korean fabless companies, he founded Ratel Semiconductor in 2023 to seize emerging opportunities in the global semiconductor market.

Before establishing Ratel Semiconductor, Park spent 19 years at Richtek, where he held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development (2022–2023), driving strategic partnerships and global expansion, and Korea Country Manager (2004–2022), successfully strengthening Richtek’s regional presence.

Earlier in his career, Park worked at Fairchild Semiconductor (2000–2004) in Product Marketing, where he gained foundational expertise in the semiconductor sector. Park earned a Master of Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business (2014–2016).

Lian Hwang is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Ratel Semiconductor. As a power semiconductor design expert with 26 years of experience, he is currently in charge of overall technology development.

He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from KAIST and has led the design of key power ICs—including high-voltage gate drivers, LED drivers, wireless charging solutions, and audio amplifiers—at global semiconductor companies such as Samsung Electronics, Fairchild Semiconductor, and Dongbu Hitek.

During his tenure as CTO of Wellang, he developed Korea’s first hybrid (inductive + capacitive) galvanically isolated gate driver and has achieved outstanding results in both academic research and the development of foundational technologies.

He holds a total of 42 U.S. patents and has published four papers at ISSCC and three at ESSCIRC, the world’s most prestigious conferences in the field of semiconductor circuits, earning recognition for his globally competitive technological expertise.

Aidan Jang is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ratel Semiconductor, bringing 21 years of experience in power IC, with a focus on display power management.

Prior to joining Ratel, Aidan worked at LG Display and Richtek, where he served as the Display Sales Team Director at Richtek Korea, overseeing key display-related initiatives.
